Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bell pepper, onion, and coleslaw on bottom of crock pot.
  2. Top with tofalls, tomato paste, red chili flakes, cayenne, cumin, cilantro, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, chili beans, kidney beans, and tomato sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
  4. Ladle chili into bowls.
  5. Stir in 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips per bowl.
  6. Line bowl with five whole tortilla chips.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and fresh parsley.
