Crock Pot Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 large chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tps. pepper

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in crock pot . Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Serve over rice or noodles. Can thicken the juice after cooking with a little cornstarch.
