Ingredients:

  • 3 quarts apples, peeled sliced thin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp clove

Directions:

  1. Put apples in a crock pot and cook overnight on high or 9 hours.
  2. In the morning, add cinnamon, sugar and cloves.
  3. Cook all day on low or 10 to 12 hours.
