Ingredients:

  • 100 g tofu , cut into cubes
  • 10 g whole weat flour
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Combine the flour with all the spices and toss in the cubed tofu. Make sure each chunk is well coated. Heat the oil and fry tofu chunks on each side for 3-5 mins in total.
