Crispy Fillet Of  Flounder With Almonds

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
  2. Rinse the fish with cold water.
  3. Use a glass baking pan or Corningware dish.
  4. (Spray well with baking spray).
  5. Roll the fish in the 1/2 cup milk so that breading will stick and will help keep the fish moist.
  6. Crush the 2 cups of corn flakes and roll the fish in it.
  7. (I coat the fish on a plate).
  8. Place in the prepared baking dish.
  9. Press almonds onto top of fish.
  10. Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter and pour over top of all.
  11. Place in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve
  12. We enjoy this with tartar sauce.
