my aunt's crepes recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons melted fat-free margarine
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter flavored pam cooking spray, 4 sprays
Directions:
1. pour flour, baking powder, and salt trough a cedazo into a mixing bowl.
2. add milk and stir with hand batidor.
3. add melted butter and eggs.
4. cook at low heat in a pam-sprayed non-stick pan.
5. enjoy.
