Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425. After corn is cooked, then turn down to 350 degrees.
  2. 1. Add a little dap of oil to hand and rub on corn.
  3. 2. Put corn in oven on 425 for about 10 minutes.
  4. 3. Warm skillet and then add 2 tspns Olive Oil.
  5. 4. Sautee garlic and then add the ground beef, salt and cayenne pepper and cook. Drain oil.
  6. 5. Add red and green bellpeppers, corn and rice, and let cook for about 10 minutes.
  7. 6. Then, add to a 13x9 casserole dish.
  8. 7. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and cook for about 30 minutes.
  9. 8. Enjoy a bite of heaven.
