Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, beaten eggs and vanilla.
  2. Whisk until well combined. Add the oatmeal, sugar and salt.
  3. Place in a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (I only bake for 35 minutes.)
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
  5. Broil for 1-3 minutes until the sugar is browned and crusty.
