Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. clean chicken well and marinate for one hour with 3 tbsp. of tandoori mix,1 tbsp shawarma spice mix, crushed garlic, salt and pepper
  2. 2. now, cook the chicken till it is tender and still juicy inside.
  3. 3. let the chicken cool down a little bit.
  4. 4. place the chicken on a chopping board and with the help of a flat chinese knife,cut out very thin slices of the chicken crosswise.
  5. 5.now place all the sliced chicken back in a skillet.
  6. 6.next, add the yogurt, the milk powder,the remaining tandoori mix,water
  7. And adjust the salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  8. 7. cook everything for about 3-4 mins and add cheese if you want to.
  9. The mixture should be just creamy...not too dry ,not too liquid.
  10. 8.place chicken in burgers,sandwich or tortillas,accompanied with a mix
  11. Salad of shredded cabbage and lettuce, thinly sliced sweet pineapple,
  12. Mayonnaise and garlic sauce,sliced onions and tomatoes, pickled
  13. Cucumber(and a hot chilli sauce for adults only).
  14. 9. have a happy eating! bon appetit !!!
  15. Nb: the tandoori mix gives a fabulous colour to this recipe.
