Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a soup pot.
  2. Saute' the onions and celery for 2 minutes, stirring occationally.
  3. Add potato cubes, water, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
