Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water in medium saucepan. When water is boiling, add noodles, carrots, peas, peppers and onions. Cook until noodles are soft.
  2. Remove from heat. Drain and rinse with cold water until noodles are chilled.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
