Creamy Mediterranean Style Pasta Sald

Ingredients:

  • 1 package ronzoni garden delite penne rigate pasta twelve oz
  • 1 jar classico light creamy alfredo pasta sauce fifteen oz or about two cups
  • 1/4 cup heinz gourmet salad vinegar
  • 2 tsp dried italian-style seasoning blend
  • 2 cup grape tomatoes halfed
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper cut into 1 and a half strips or about 2 cups
  • 1 container crumbled feta cheese six oz

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pasta sauce, vinegar, and seasoning blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  3. Add cooked pasta, spinach, tomatoes and yellow pepper, and toss until well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes, or until ready to serve. Spoon feta cheese on top and serve chilled or at room temperature.
