Bell Pepper Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut up the slice of onion and the garlic clove.
  2. Cut up half of a red bell pepper.
  3. Rinse 2 cup of spinach.
  4. Turn on the stove. Medium heat.
  5. Put the canola oil in the pan and make sure it spreads out to most of the sides.
  6. Put in the onion/garlic when the pan heats up.
  7. Add the the red bell pepper when the onion/garlic is halfway cooked.
  8. At this point, add in the pepper (not the salt).
  9. Wait until the red bell pepper is halfway or 3/4 of the way cooked.
  10. Then add in the spinach and put in the salt on top.
  11. Mix/stir, until the spinach shrinks.
  12. Taste until you like it and then serve.
