Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (15.5oz. ea
  • 1 clove garlic,peeled
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl of food processor,puree beans,3Tbs lemon juice and garlic 1 min. or till smooth. With machine running,slowly pour in olive oil in steady stream. Stir in pimiento -stuffed olives
  2. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve dip with assorted veggies,like green beans,cherry tomatoes,cucumbers,and red peppers or pita chips. Garnish with chopped olives,if desired.
