Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. With an electric mixer blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese then bake 10 minutes longer.
