Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. In deep saucepan, saute onion in butter til tender.
  2. Add potatoes and water.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 mins or til potatoes are almost tender.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Reheat, but do NOT boil.
