Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, chilies and broth in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in beans and corn, cut off the cob.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer stirring often.
  4. Add chicken; heat through.
  5. Serve with tortilla strips, or corn chips(crushed), reduced fat montery jack cheese (or whatever kind you like), and reduced fat or fat free sour cream. Sometimes I just add fresh squeezed lime juice. Don't forget to add these extras to the count!
