Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to crock pot except cream cheese.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Add cream cheese and cook for 45 minutes on low.
  4. Stir well and remove chicken and vegetables to bowl.
  5. Place sauce in gravy bowl to pour on top of chicken.
  6. Enjoy.
