Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1 - Combine potatoes with water to cover in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil until taters are tender (usually about 20-25 minutes. Drain and let stand to cool
  2. 2 - Coat bottom and sides of a 13x9 inch baking dish with butter. Peel potatoes and coarsely chop. Place in baking dish
  3. 3 - Heat cheese in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. Add in milk, whipping cream, dry mustard and pepper. Pour sause over potatoes. Cover & chill for 30 minutes.
  4. 4 - Preheat oven to 350*F
  5. 5 - Remove cover. Bake taters until they are heated through and browned lightly (about 35 minutes).
  6. *Goes best with chicked & green beans*
