Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In food processor or blender,blend all dressing ingredients. Cover,chill till ready to use.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients in bowl except avocados.Stir in 1/2c dressing.Carefully Fold in avocados. Season with salt and extra cayenne pepper to taste.
  3. Divide leaves from radicchio and Boston lettuce among 6 plates. Top with chicken salad and pass extra dressing on the side.
