Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fiberone cereal
  • 2 tbsp promise ff margarine
  • 2 tbsp splenda
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup splenda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350'
  2. Prepare pie pan with spray oil
  3. Crush fiberone in food processor
  4. Mix fiberone with margarine, jam, splenda and water.
  5. Press mixture into pie plate and bake for 10 minutes
  6. Cool
  7. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream, with splenda, and vanilla
  8. Fold mixture into 1 tub of Cool Whip Free
  9. Put filling in pie pan and chill for about 3 hours
  10. Serve with fresh fruit
