Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in melted butter over medium flame.
  2. Next you will add in your potatoes and carrots.
  3. Let this cook for around 5 min.
  4. Slowly add in your broth and let this boil.
  5. Now add in your cauliflower.
  6. Put a lid on your pt and let this sit on the flame around 15 min.
  7. Pull out our blender and pour your hot mixture in and puree.
  8. Once blended, pour right back into you pot and stir.
  9. Just before serving, add your salt, pepper, nutmeg and sherry.
  10. This should be heated completely before serving!
  11. Add a dash of parsley for extra color!
