Cream of Asparagus and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 small potato
  • 1/2 cup asparagus
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup celery

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, add garlic, celery, mushrooms. add diced potato. add water, let cook until vegetables are cooked through, 20 minutes. add asparagus - let cook if uncooked. blend with yogurt.
