Cream Cheese Nut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, butter, and cream cheese; chill.
  3. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
  4. Cut into circles (about 2 1/2 inches)
  5. Combine remaining ingredients.
  6. Place a teaspoon or so of nut mixture on each circle of dough.
  7. Fold over, pressing edges with a fork to seal.
  8. Bake 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets.
  9. While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
