Cranberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 & 1/2 cups vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Blend the first 6 ingredients,
  2. Then in a large bowl, whip oil very slowly into
  3. The cranberry mixture with a whisk
  4. Or a hand-held blender until blended.
  5. Makes 1 quart.
  6. Keep refrigerated!
