Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional, see note above) (optional)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, flour, brandy, and orange juice.
  2. Turn mixture into a pie crust and top with the other crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 - 60 minutes.
