Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 tsp poppy seed
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 medium apple, cubed
  • 1 medium pear, cubed

Directions:

  1. Shake dressing ingredients in a jar.
  2. Toss salad ingredients with dressing.
