Cranberry Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place sweet potatoes in 2 quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
  2. Combine sugar, margarine, orange juice and salt in 2 cup measure. Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
  3. Add sugar mixture and cranberry sauce tosweet potatoes; toss gently. Microwave at HIGH for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, basting with sauce every 4 minutes. Garnish with orange rind, if desired
