Ingredients:

  • 2 package cream cheese
  • 2 pouches crab
  • salt and pepper to taste (i used weber chicago steak seasoning, and it was fantastic. if you use and pepper

Directions:

  1. Set out cream cheese to soften.
  2. While it is softening, chop the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve cold with crackers (I prefer sesame cracker rounds) or sliced vegetables.
  5. Another option is to spread it on some french bread and place it under the broiler.
