Country Chicken Skillet Supper

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and onion.
  4. Sautee for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add green beans, undrained tomatoes, carrots, potatos, rice, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix gently.
  7. Pour water over top of chicken mixture.
  8. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes and rice are tender.
  9. Sprinkle chicken mixture with cheddar cheese.
  10. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!!!!!!!! :)
  12. **NOTE:You can speed cooking by using cubed canned potatoes andinstant rice.
  13. Add the potatoes and rice to skillet; bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  14. Let stand, coveredm for 5 minutes.
  15. Proceed as recipe directs.
