Ingredients:

  • 8 pieces of land o lake smoked ham or 4 canadian ham, heated on griddle
  • 1 (4 oz) package gravy, made up

Directions:

  1. Place the ham on English Muffin halves, then place poached eggs on top of ham. Cover halves with gravy. And serve with hash browns or home fries.
