Cottage Cheese Bran Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp wheat gluten
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Put enough Fiber One bran cereal into a mini food processor and process until it is a powder.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order given. Set machine on regular white bread setting. Bake.
  3. Yield: one large loaf.
