Cottage Cheese and Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar , rounded
  • 1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast (in new zealand we have different yeast, so i use 3 teaspoons)

Directions:

  1. Carefully measure all the ingredients into the pan in the order specified by the manufacturer.
  2. Set to whole wheat cycle.
