Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients in manufacturer's suggested order.
  2. Basic bread cycle.
  3. This makes a 2 lb loaf.
