Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice bacon and fry slowly in large pot.
  2. Remove, drain on paper towels and set to one side.
  3. Sauté onion in bacon drippings.
  4. Add potatoes, broth, pepper and thyme.
  5. Simmer covered for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
  6. Stir in creamed corn and milk, and whisk to blend.
  7. Taste for seasoning.
  8. Garnish with bacon and paprika.
