Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Mix throughly.
  2. Roll dough out on floured surface to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out 2 inch biscuits. Place on baking sheet. Bake in a 450 degree oven, for 10 to 12 minutes till golden brown.
