Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredientsexcept cornflakes.
  2. Dipp bread in egg mixture then into corn flakes.
  3. Fry with butter until golden.
