Easy Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups small cubed bread
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp melted oleo

Directions:

  1. Place bread cubes in an 8-inch square baking pan or dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle flour over bread.
  3. Mix together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, milk, salt, vanilla and oleo.
  4. Pour over bread.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
  6. Top with vanilla sauce or lemon sauce.
