Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crumble leftover cornbread in bottom of casserole dish.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, green onions, and green peppers.
  3. In a seperate medium bowl add mayonaise and sugar and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over top of the cornbread and vegetables.
  5. Add shredded cheese and bacon bits to garnish.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, then serve.
