Wilted Lettuce And Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups torn lettuce and spinach, mixed
  • 3 strips bacon, diced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put lettuce, spinach, and onions in large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
  3. In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over greens and toss to coat well.
