Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 egg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until batter is smooth.
  2. Make 6 inch diameter thin circles of batter on a sizzling skillet. Flip when consistency is solid. Remove from heat when browned.
