These are a great accompaniment for any Mexican-style dish. You can also use these wraps for enchiladas.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 cup corn meal
2 1/2 cups water
1 egg (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until batter is smooth.
2. Make 6 inch diameter thin circles of batter on a sizzling skillet. Flip when consistency is solid. Remove from heat when browned.
