Corn Pepper And Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté pepper, celery and onion in bacon drippings then add corn, pimiento and mushrooms.
  2. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth then add to mixture in pan.
  3. Stir constantly over medium heat to thicken then add cooked shrimp, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish then sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
