Ingredients:

  • 2 cups corn
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1-2 pinches garlic granulated
  • 1-2 pinches salt
  • 1-2 pinches pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut you oinion, carrot, and bell peppers into uniform pieces. Once done you want to heat a medium saute pan. Add about an ounce of butter, then add your carrots to allow them to soften up first, then add your bell peppers. You can now add your onions, let them become translucent in color. Once complete add your corn. At this point you can add your garlic, salt and pepper. Heat through and taste, add salt and pepper if needed.
