Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Tear basil leaves into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Chop tomatoes into long slices.
  4. Mix all ingredients into a large serving dish.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Tastes best if chilled in fridge for an hour.
