Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups creamed style corn
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks well.
  2. Add corn, flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the corn mixture.
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased griddle pan.
  5. Cook until golden brown on each side.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
