Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese

Directions:

  1. In skillet sauté onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Add milk and cream cheese then stir to mix well.
  3. Add corn and cook till heated through; serve.
