Ingredients:

  • 1 cup regular cormeal
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups hot water

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combined cornmeal and cold water add hot water and salt in saucepan when it comes to a boil reduce to low heat
  2. Allow to simmer 10 minutes or untill thick
  3. Serve good at breakfast or supper with sugar butter and Milk to desired consistency
  4. Or with butter and shredded cheese
