Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss together cucumber, cilantro, and mint.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice and drizzle olive oil on top, and toss.
  3. Add crumbled feta and toss.
  4. Optional: Cover and pop into the fridge for 15 minutes or so, to cool and let flavors soak in.
  5. Seriously, that's it. You're done!
