Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice (use seasoning packets)
  2. Cook the couscous (don't use seasoning packets)
  3. When both are cooked mix them together in a large bowl
  4. Dice artichoke hearts and add to rice
  5. Zest and squeeze lemon over rice
  6. Salt and pepper to taste, mix, and refrigerate.
